Deionised water is basically water that has all the impurities removed from it so that all naturally occurring ions and minerals are removed including sodium & calcium. This pure water allows windows to be cleaned to a very high standard leaving no streak marks or whiteish deposits which can be left behind when using normal water which is basically the salts in the water that have not evaporated.
I use hot water to clean your windows the biggest benefit of all. This means faster drying and better cleaning with less chance of scratches on glass.

Had Tony and his team clean a filthy conservatory roof, with some really hard stuck on muck. Also had front and back... windows of house cleaned. Am super impressed with the job, they clean everything very thoroughly, scrubbing away until it's as clean as can be.
